Contact form and email

We process your name, organisation where provided, email address and message to respond to your enquiry and manage the professional relationship you request. The lawful basis is your request and, where applicable, steps taken before entering into a contract. Data is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, unless a contractual relationship or legal duty requires longer retention.

Cori assistant

The website includes the Cori assistant, hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. When you interact with it, your messages and the technical data needed to provide and protect the service are processed. Do not enter third-party personal data, special-category data, trade secrets or confidential information. The lawful basis is your request when using the assistant and Céntrika's legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Assessment

The assessment is provided at diagnostico.centrika.es and gives specific privacy information before a report is generated and sent.

Website analytics

Only if you accept analytics cookies will Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity process online identifiers and technical and browsing information to produce statistics, understand journeys towards the assessment or contact and improve the experience. The lawful basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time through Cookie settings. We do not use advertising cookies or create commercial profiles from browsing.

Providers and international transfers

Cloudflare provides hosting and security; Resend delivers contact-form messages; and Google and Microsoft provide analytics only where consent has been given. These providers access only the data needed for their function. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, GDPR safeguards will be used, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data or disclose it for third-party advertising.

Security and browsing data

IP address, date, time and technical request data may be processed to maintain security, prevent abuse and keep the website available, based on Céntrika's legitimate interests.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to contacto@centrika.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
